VSE receives the status "Approved Exporter"
The European Union maintains certain trade agreements with various countries that provide for duty exemptions. In order to export goods at preferential rates of duty to one of these countries, preferential proof of the originating status of the goods must be kept and presented to the recipient country. Usually, these certificates are issued by the inland customs office. Preparing them, is time-consuming, which can significantly delay the delivery of the goods.
The status "Approved Exporter" now authorizes VSE to issue certain preferential proofs independently. This eliminates the need for security checks by the Federal Aviation Authority to save valuable time when shipping goods.
In return, with the increased authority for customs clearance, VSE is obligated to maintain procedural documentation on the structure and process of in-house control of origin and free trade status.
The certification is valid indefinitely.
