Beinlich invests in a new CNC cylindrical grinding machine

The centrepiece of the new machine is a swivelling grinding head with two grinding wheels. This offers the advantage that set-up times of a second grinding wheel are eliminated, so there are no unnecessary downtimes.

All types of workpieces and components as shafts or gears can be exactly ground to a µ (Mü) and with a very high repeatibility. A key benefit, especially with series orders, is a very precise production in a tolerance range for the whole product series. Additionally, the workpieces have a significantly improved surface finish.
